Working with Oido

Start by telling us about the operation, the problem or project, and any deadlines. You do not need a finished brief.

The first conversation

We discuss what you want to change and whether the work fits our services. We also establish which records and people we need access to.

That conversation helps us prepare a proposal. It does not commit you to a paid assignment.

Types of assignment

What you receiveWhat it covers
A reviewInvestigate a specific problem and recommend changes.
A projectProduce agreed documents, plans or training by defined dates.
Ongoing supportHelp introduce changes or review progress at agreed intervals.

Your proposal

The proposal states what we will deliver, who is responsible and when the work will happen. It includes the fee, expenses, information needed and any exclusions.

The price depends on the work involved, the number of sites, access, travel and any specialist support. We agree how to handle changes to the brief before starting.

During the work

We record the decisions and actions, including who needs to do what. If the assignment includes training or support with implementation, the plan specifies the sessions and follow-up.

We agree how progress will be reviewed and which operating results can be measured from the records available.

Before we start

Do we have to buy a review before starting a project?

No. If the work is already defined, we can prepare a project proposal. A paid review is useful when the cause of a problem or the work required still needs investigation.

What if the project needs another specialist?

We identify that requirement while preparing the proposal and agree who will provide the work. Responsibilities and any commercial relationships are disclosed before you commit.

What should we send with the first enquiry?

Describe the type of operation, the problem or project, its location and important dates. We arrange access to confidential records separately.
